Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect process requirements, then design, configure, and implement system improvements within NetSuite

  • Drive NetSuite-related projects, including system upgrades, module rollouts, and customized solutions

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to support cross-functional visibility and decision-making

  • Test and validate new system features, enhancements, and bug fixes before production deployment

  • Extend ERP capabilities using custom scripting, SuiteCloud tools, and integration frameworks

  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure transparency across stakeholders and development teams

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues involving ERP workflows, online platform integrations, and system performance

  • Customize NetSuite modules to meet operational needs in areas like finance, order processing, inventory, and supply chain

  • Stay current on NetSuite releases, SuiteApps, and emerging tools that could improve performance and end-user experience

  • Recommend and implement ERP enhancements to optimize user experience and meet unique departmental needs

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 2+ years working with NetSuite administration, optimization, or development

  • Strong command of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCloud Platform, SuiteQL, NetSuite Analytics, and workflow automation

  • Familiarity with routing for manufacturing, NetSuite Web Store features, and customizing PDF/HTML templates

  • Experience with ERP integrations and third-party API connections is a plus

  • Hands-on coding background is required; knowledge of SQL, JavaScript (ES6), Node, PHP, Python, or Ruby is beneficial

  • Comfortable working with version control tools (e.g., Git), and project/task management tools such as Jira

  • Understanding of NetSuite’s project management functionalities
